Compared to many countries the UK is rather impressive when it comes to understanding different diets and cuisines. Nottingham is no exception, and whether you're vegetarian, a once in a while carnivore or interested in limiting your meaty meals you'll find creative choices in cool settings throughout the city.

With it being National Vegetarian Week we thought we'd give you a run down of some of our favourite places in Hockley and the Lace Market to have a meat free meal. You'll find everything from quick cafe bites to luxurious classy dining, with creative and colourful dishes that might just turn you!
