There’s plenty to keep kids entertained, with a traditional carousel, helter skelter and the chance to whizz down King’s Street on the toboggan slide, and the whole family can show off their skating skills on the biggest outdoor ice rink in the East Midlands. After all that, get cosy with a winter warmer and live entertainment in the ski lodge-style bar, Sur La Piste, chill out with a drink in some pretty cool surroundings in the ice bar, or enjoy panoramic views over the Christmas crowds below with a cocktail or two in the all-glass chalet Bar Altitude.
