What's On This Weekend in Nottingham | Visit Nottinghamshire

After a few wet and windy weekends it finally feels like spring is on its way and we couldn’t be more excited to get out and explore this weekend!

It’s a brilliant weekend for theatre in Nottingham with the final weekend of the hilarious Moonlight and Magnolias at Nottingham Playhouse and the continuation of the Celebrating Shakespeare Festival, including performances from the Royal Shakespeare Company, at the Theatre Royal. For something a little livelier but full of theatricality, the Harlem Globetrotters are bringing their spectacular show to Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena on Friday, followed by Stereophonics on Saturday.

If you’re looking for an evening of drinking and dining with a difference, why not take a look at the Whisky Night with Glenfiddich and Friends at The Cross Keys or the Italian Adventure Food & Wine Evening at Tom Browns Brasserie, where you can enjoy an evening of delectable dining perfectly paired with tasty tipples.

Read on to see our hand-picked guide to what’s coming up this weekend in Nottinghamshire, and remember there are loads more ideas for great things-to-do in our What's On calendar.
