If you want more tennis after Wimbledon 2022, make sure to secure your free ticket to the British Open Wheelchair Tennis Championships in Nottingham this weekend. There is a world class line-up, with a chance to see Paralympic champions, and a very strong British team to cheer on.

Pawsby Fun Dog Show is coming back to Thoresby this weekend! Whether you are competing or spectating, this event is open to all, and there is something for everyone to enjoy. There will be several classes throughout the day, including ‘Most Handsome Dog’, ‘Waggiest Tail’ and ‘Dog Most Like It's Owner’.

There will also be a large market, as well as duck race and demonstrations of Flyball.

Outdoor Cinema at Sherwood Forest

Saturday 16th July | Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre | 4pm - 6pm & 7pm - 10pm | Tickets: £7.50 - £10 for adults, with discounts available for RSPB Members

Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre hosts its first ever outdoor cinema event this Saturday! The first film, showing is Disney's 1973 feature-length animated telling of the legend of 'Robin Hood'. Then at 7pm, enjoy the rip-roaring 'A Knight's Tale', starring the late, great Heath Ledger. The films will be shown on a 20 square metre screen next to the visitor centre amphitheatre, with plenty of space to sit with family and friends on the green.

The cafe will be serving drinks and snacks and picnic hampers can be ordered, too.
