Welcome to Stonebridge City Farm & Gardens
Situated in the heart of Nottingham City Centre we are a vital green space. As well as a working farm we are also a much-loved charity and a popular visitor attraction. Our site includes a café, shop, animals, play area, woodland, gardens and nature trails. Entrance is free however donations are very welcome.
More than just a farm
We provide training and education for our local community and our visitors and our volunteers.
The operation of the farm enables us to support around 200 volunteers on site each week, many of whom have a physical disability, a mental health challenge or additional learning needs. We offer multiple volunteering opportunities for all skill levels, interests and abilities. We would love you to join as a volunteer. Just click here for more information.
We have a wide range of animals for you to visit, many of which you can feed, a great play area for your little ones to enjoy, a shop selling souvenirs and our own eggs and honey (when available) and a café and shop where you can grab something to eat or a snack.
Our gardens are definitely worth a visit! Come to see our small Japanese garden, our wildlife pond and an array of shrubs and trees; so much is packed into our small site! We grow seasonal plants, produce and herbs, some of which you can purchase from our shop. Visitors to the farm can enjoy a ‘small slice of the countryside in the heart of the city’.
We do not charge an entrance fee in order to remain accessible to all, although we do encourage donations to help us run the farm. We are a registered charity and every penny counts.
