At the heart of their ethos lies a dedication to sustainability and waste reduction. Their menu proudly showcases a wide array of chicken cuts, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
Diners can look forward to an array of fried & grilled chicken options, accompanied by a selection of house made sauces and coatings, including tangy chilli tamarind, spicy Thai jeaw, tom yum and Chinese mala spice.
The restaurant also serves up a selection of small plates and starters of crispy chicken skin, chicken cakes, tornado potatoes, chicken livers, and chicken satay. Half and whole chickens, wings, fillet burgers, and wraps are on the menu.
There’s also a selection of chicken specials including, Thai-style salt and pepper chicken, Hainanese chicken rice, chicken noodles, Hat Yai fried chicken or the signature spicy ‘Ban’s Bang’ fried chicken. Alongside them is an array of sides such as French fries, sweet potato fries, sticky rice and corn on the cob. For afters there are bubble waffles, ice cream or warm chocolate cake.
