Merchants Restaurant & Saint Bar have been refurbished and updated with opulent design features and impressive food and drink offerings.

Perfect for pre-dinner drinks or after work cocktails Saint Bar is the finest choice for comfort, impeccable service and delicious drinks. Serving high end spirits, classic cocktails and in-house created recipes all drinks are poured to perfection. As the sun starts to set the bar lights are dimmed and candles are lit to create a relaxing ambience and impressive late night bar.

Before finishing your drink one of our Waiters will collect you for your evening meal in Merchants where the relaxing atmosphere and impressive décor continues. Every detail of every dish is carefully thought through by Chef Luke Holland, enthusing the senses and delighting the taste buds. With an extensive wine list Merchants Waiters can recommend the perfect glass to be paired with your meal at every course.
