The restaurant at The Walton welcomes both hotel residents and non-residents, and is a destination in itself thanks to its superb location on the edge of the historic Park Estate close to Nottingham Castle.
Under the leadership of their new head chef, fresh new menus have been introduced in both the bar and restaurant. The menus have a modern English feel, and focus on using quality fresh local ingredients. Signature dishes include Cornish diver-caught scallops with cauliflower puree, and a delicious take on fish & chips – saffron and ale battered cod loin, homemade tartare sauce, triple-cooked chips and crushed peas.
As well as enjoying dinner in the restaurant or a drink in the atmospheric bar, you can also relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy a cocktail or sample a selection of lighter bites from our seasonal bar menu.
The Walton is also the perfect setting for private parties and functions, all tailor-made to meet your requirements.
