Waterside Bar + Kitchen in West Bridgford is the latest in a long line of great bars from Nottingham’s independent bar company Great Northern Group.
Waterside has blended elements from its highly successful Copper and Refinery venues into a completely new all-day concept offering an innovative menu that embraces flavours from around the globe and is complemented by a high-quality bar selection, riverside views, resident DJs and exclusive food and drink events.
Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Waterside is all about appealing to a diverse group of people, its team loves to innovate and will experiment with spices and seasoning to make eating at Waterside something exceptional. The food is exciting, fresh and primarily locally sourced with vegan and healthy options in abundance and a wide range of breakfasts and light lunches with simple pricing and faster service for busy people. And a kids’ menu.
Beers + Spirits + Cocktails + Wine
The Bar features an array of around 20 different gins and a huge range of high-quality spirits, cocktails, Champagne and Prosecco. With a beer selection that offers a taste of the world, you can start at home in Nottingham with Navigation Brewery and then take your taste buds on a journey with brews from Meantime, Fuller’s, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Asahi Super Dry, Pilsner Urquell, finishing with 6 independent craft beers alongside 4 genuine cask ales from across the UK on draught. In the summer the drinks menu will feature low alcohol beer on draught and already have plenty of ‘low and no’ drink options available, as well as a list featuring ten vegan-friendly wines including Prosecco and Champagne.
Events + Music + Private Hire
Waterside regularly hosts food and drink events with tastings and pairings based around gin, whisky, craft beers, wines and more.
The new conservatory dining room can seat 30 comfortably for private dining evenings or is available to hire for meetings, events and private parties. Saturdays see Waterside playing host to some of the city’s more refined DJ sets including artists that have graced legendary bars and clubs over the years.
