Waterside Bar & Kitchen

About

Due to open in mid-February. This new venue will be part of the iconic Waterside Apartment complex overlooking Trent Bridge in West Bridgford.

The Bar + Kitchen will explore new territory, for the owners Great Northern Group, blending elements from their highly successful Copper and Refinery bars in a new all-day concept. Offering an innovative menu and a much wider range of drinks with weekend DJs and special dining events.

Incorporating dishes from around the globe, the menu promises to be fresh, seasonal and use local produce wherever possible.

The bar element will also see a few familiar brands but will also feature an array of around 20 different gins and a huge range of high-quality spirits, cocktails, Champagne and Prosecco.
