Art historian, curator and critic, Dr Jean Wainwright, explores the factors that shaped Warhol's art from his childhood experiences in Pittsburgh to his move to New York and transition to a Pop artist. Drawing from Wainwright's numerous conversations with Warhol's collaborators and family members, she will give insights into what drove him to make his art and why he repeated themes and ideas.
