About

Nottingham is the main core city for the East Midlands region. It's home to a wealth of shopping and cultural experiences, from Nottingham Castle Museum and Art Gallery to Nottingham Contemporary, the City of Caves and the Galleries of Justice Museum. You'll also find ice skating at the National Ice Centre as well as major performances at the adjacent Capital FM Arena.

There are major UK theatre performances at the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall and at Nottingham Playhouse. Nightlife in Nottingham has an excellent reputation with over 300 places to eat and drink in the city centre, including the oldest pubs in England - Ye Olde Salutation Inn and Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem.
