Nottingham Rugby Club has been in the city since 1877, originally based at Ireland Avenue in Beeston before moving to Meadow Lane and then onto their current home, The Bay, in West Bridgford.
Nicknamed "The Archers", the club compete in Champ Rugby, England's second tier of professional rugby, and their style of play is described as "fast-paced, attacking and exciting". Spectators can expect to see high risk, high reward rugby with plenty of points being scored.
The excitement isn't just the 80 minutes on the pitch, the pre and post match atmosphere is perfect for all types of spectators. Whether you're coming out with the family or looking for a night out with friends, we have you catered for with an electric atmosphere, delicious street food and multiple indoor and outdoor bars with a huge selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
Their hugely accessible and interactive players and coaches make gamedays at The Bay different to your typical professional sports matchday. Come down early on matchdays to talk with players pre-match before their warm ups, or join the party in the bar after the final whistle and have a beer with the players!
Come and see The Archers live and in-person under their Friday Night Lights, it's an unforgettable experience.
