Just a short walk from the city centre, in a peaceful location next to The Park Estate, this is the ideal location for a stay in Nottingham.

You'll receive a friendly welcome from our on-site reception team, who will be on-hand to help you make the most of your stay with us. Our one and two-bedroom apartments have been thoughtfully designed with our guests in mind to make you feel at home, with everything you need to relax or entertain in style.

Nottingham has plenty to explore, with Nottingham Castle, the statue of Robin Hood and the oldest Inn in England just a few minutes’ walk from your apartment. You'll be just a ten-minute walk from the city centre where you’ll find lots of great bars, restaurants, cinemas and theatres close by. If you're in the city on business, the city centre commercial districts are within walking distance, and the major corporate HQs such as Experian, E. ON and Boots are only a short drive away.

One-bedroom apartment:

These modern apartments comprise of one double bedroom with a king-sized bed and one bathroom with a shower or bath with overhead shower. The fully equipped kitchen is part of a stunning open plan living/dining area and contains all you need to settle in and make yourself at home.

Typically include:

Kitchen - a washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and oven. Fully equipped kitchen, In-room ironing facilities, Ecover cleaning product, Tea towels, Carafe of water, Fresh milk

Living area - Welcome folder, Flat screen Freeview TV.

Bedroom - Comfortable king size bed, Blackout blinds, ample storage, Hairdryer, Crisp white linen, High-quality pillows and duvet, Bedroom television.

Bathroom – Shower, L'Occitane toiletries, Soft white towels.

General – Dining table and chairs, Portable fan, Safe in the apartment, Comfort heating, Space for a travel cot, Space for an extra bed (chargeable).

Two-bedroom apartment:

These spacious apartments comprise of two double bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, one with en-suite (containing a bath with overhead shower) and the second with access to the main bathroom which has both bath and shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped as part of a large open plan living/dining area making this truly a home-from-home. A cot is also available upon request.
