Marking 20 Years of Food from the ‘Hart’
As Hart's celebrate a milestone 20th birthday, the restaurant will showcase the Hart’s spirit of good cooking and fine dining with a limited edition tasting menu.
The face of the food and drink offer across Nottingham has changed dramatically over the last twenty years but Hart’s has remained constant throughout and built an amazing reputation for the finest tasting, quality food, delivered with passion and style. Cooked up by head chef Dan Burridge, who has been at the helm for seven years uses fresh, local and seasonal produce simply cooked to perfection and it is this attention to detail which sets us apart.
Available during the evening for one week from Monday 21st May (excluding Saturday) The menu consists of six taster sized courses followed by coffee and petit fours and is priced at £65 per person. Please call 0115 988 1900 to make your reservation.
TASTING MENU
Wild garlic risotto with Dorset snails
Head chef Dan Burridge loves working with snails and he uses a classic garlic combination here which makes for the perfect appetizer.

Ham hock and quail egg ravioli, parsley velouté
Using local pork, the team showcase our home-made pasta.

Halibut “tartare”
A fresh, clean and zingy dish which balances well with this six-course tasting menu.

Fricassée of morels and English asparagus
Using local seasonal ingredients simply cooked to perfection is at the heart of what we do. This asparagus is very local from Saxondale, Nottingham.

Roast Norfolk quail, bulgur wheat, white sprouting broccoli, dandelion leaves
Using quality British quail, we serve this roasted with local ingredients. Cooked simply with lots of flavour.

Gariguette strawberries, elderflower sorbet
These much-loved French variety of strawberries are sweet and aromatic perfect for early in the season. Served with our home-made elderflower sorbet, a match made in heaven.
