FREE Entry to Nottingham Castle

Don't miss this chance to visit Nottingham Castle one last time for free before its gates close ahead of its £30m transformation.
Entry to the city’s most famous heritage site will be free from Monday 25 June 2018 to 5pm Sunday 1 July, with an exciting programme of free events and activities throughout the week to mark this significant milestone in the site’s history.
The special final week to say farewell to the current attraction will culminate in a weekend full of family fun.
As part of this special week of events to celebrate the Castle and mark it's closure there will be an archaeological excavation in the Service Courtyard - the event is FREE and you don't need to pre-book:

Please note that there will still be cave tours but these will be charged at the usual rate - tours are held daily at 11.30am, 1pm and 2.30pm and cost £5/person with under-5s FREE.
