Family Bhangra Dance
11.30am - 12.15pm

Suitable for children from six years old. All fitness levels catered for.  Join in as much as you'd like, or simply take a break and enjoy the traditional dhol drumming.

Family Frame Drumming
12.30 - 1pm
Discover the ancient frame drum in this musical workshop for all the family. You'll quickly find your feet as Robina leads you through simple playing techniques and how to play together as a group. Frame drums have been used in many cultures for centuries, and their benefits for contributing to wellbeing are well documented. Join us to discover the joys of taking part in group drumming. Suitable for children from eight years old.

Family West African Drumming

A highly energising workshop, full of beats to get you on your feet! Suitable for children from six years old.

Family West African Dance
2.15 - 3pm
With live African percussion to accompany the dance steps, the whole family will be leaping around the room. Discover the enjoyment of moving our bodies to the uplifting sounds of djembe drums and crashing bass drums.
