WITHIN: Promoting positive wellbeing and healthy habits from within your own home.
Set aside some time to connect with your body and explore movement in this dance session from Nonsuch Studios WITHIN series.

About the Session:
Beginners Belly Dancing by Shimmy School

At Shimmy School, we believe every Body can dance! Join us in a fun, interactive workshop as we learn some of the basics of this ancient and beautiful dance form. Simply grab a shimmy belt (or anything you can wrap around your hips!) and prepare to have a blast. Whether you are a complete beginner or a professional dancer, there will be something in this class for you.

Please let instructors know of injuries or special requests as this class aims to cater to all abilities.

Sessions in Nonsuch Studios WITHIN series will be filmed in Speaker View for possible use at a later date. Participants will not be filmed, or their audio recorded.
