Motopoint Arena Nottingham
Sunday 1 August 2021
Tickets from £35.40
Celebrating a fantastic 22 years touring, the UK’s longest running Musical Theatre Concert Tour features past principal performers from Les Miserables and delivers over two hours of the best of Broadway and the West End, ending of course with a stunning finale from Les Mis. This brand new show will include many of the best numbers that have made Beyond the Barricade the most popular musical theatre concert in the country.
The concert features David Fawcett (Valjean) Andy Reiss (Enjolras & Resident Director for the National Tour of Les Miserables) Katie Leeming (Eponine) and Poppy Tierney (Cosette), together with a live band who capture the feel of the original orchestrations of the chosen musicals.
To this day every musical note is still played and sung live – very rare indeed. Beyond the Barricade gives musical theatre songs a bold concert format treatment – but with the conviction and intention to deliver the material as if the audience are watching the original performance.

Socially Distanced Event - Important Seating Information
At this time, we do not know what government restrictions, tier levels and social distancing regulations will apply in July 2021. However, for now, we have assumed that this event will require a socially distanced format. Therefore at least eight weeks prior to the event, our Box Office Team will work on locating ticket holders around the Arena ensuring adequate space is made available between parties, according to whatever regulations are in place at that time. This process will be carried out in a priority order based on when you booked your ticket(s). If the show cannot go ahead or if capacities are limited further, you will of course be entitled to a full refund.
Accessible Seating
If you require accessible seating please email generalenquiries@motorpointarenanottingham.com from the time of general sale. Please include your full name and address, contact number and any specific seating requirements including whether a wheelchair space is required. Someone will call you to arrange your booking as soon as possible but please bear with us as it may take a little time to get through all emails. Calls will be prioritised in order of the time the email has been received. Please do not send your email prior to the general sale time as we will not be able to arrange any bookings in advance and those emailing from the general sale time will be prioritised. Please note that we will not be able to confirm your seat details when you make your booking but we will ensure you are allocated suitable seating at least eight weeks prior to the event.
