£65
Learn the art of capturing the texture of still life drawings using charcoal at Hanwell Wine Estate's Charcoal Still Life workshop. The workshop is held in their comfortable, cosy heated barn, that offers inspiring views of the beautiful countryside of one of Nottinghamshire’s finest vineyards. You will spend 3 hours relaxing and enjoy learning a new skill, while tutor Sarah guides you through step by step showing you how to work with charcoal to create depth and tone and capture identifying marks to highlight the uniqueness of the object. By the end of your session you will have completed your picture and feel confident in using the materials and tools.
All materials, tools and refreshments are included.
Please be aware this workshop can get a little messy due to the nature of using charcoal so do wear suitable clothing.
