Enjoy the magic of a truly fairy tale Christmas experience. Rooms in this magnificent historic house will sparkle with Christmas lights and be decorated with trees, floral displays and garlands. A number of special rooms will have a story book theme. Will you find Cinderella’s slipper, the Beast’s rose and Grumpy’s chair?
Guided tours of this historic house are available at 12pm and 2pm on Fridays throughout December. Walk in the footsteps of romantic poet Lord Byron and discover the rich history of the Abbey, from the original twelfth century monastic priory through to the Victorian era. Be sure to explore the extensive grounds and atmospheric gardens during your visit.
