The Malt Cross
Sunday 1 December 2019 | Market from 11.30am | Aftershow from 8pm
Market & Aftershow - Freey | Main event £10
Christmas seems to come earlier every year. A malicious marketing ploy or something more insidious? Could it soon be Christmas every day?
Halloween is fighting back this year by sneaking into December for a day to remember. Which side will you be on? Why not grab a fiend and enjoy a ghouls night.
There is no sitting on the fence on this one (ouch!) but acts to excite and a market to delight have been put together plus a plan to have you stay until the bitter end.
So whether you are a naughty St. Nick in a steampunk sleigh, a creepy Krampus or an unashamed Halloween harlot it is time to share this festive incursion with you. Don your most devilish dress, polish off your pom poms, Christmas jumpers and salvaged Halloween costumes.
Dress to impress or come as you are. The day will be dark but you'll shine like a star!
***********Marvellous Market**********
Free entry | 11am - 3.30PM
Teams of tantilising traders are training to tempt you in with treasures for your pleasure and trinkets to trap you into buying at least yourself a Christmas present with a difference.
Expect groansome games, walk about performances, gin tasting and the deliciously dark Cage Of Crows to serenade your lost souls into the season of good will.
The debonoir Basil Daiquiri will be taking time out of their glamorous get togethers to tread the boards as a special guest.
*************Main Event**************
4pm - 8pm | £10 entry - tickets available at the website link above
Halloween dreams clash with Christmas screams as the line up lends their lungs legs, and any other parts they can find, to fill you with festive fun. The darkest corners of the crypt have been scoured to bring you the best that the two seasons can offer.
