Poets in the Big White Shed
Friday 27th April 2018 | 5pm-8pm
Venue: Debbie Bryan
Price: £8pp
Debbie Bryan is hosting a relaxed early evening, full of poetry and stories. During the event, you’ll be hearing from a loaded lineup of Big White Shed poets. Some of these have already published, some are due to be published, and some are just starting out. You’ll experience a unique plethora of artistic talent.
This event is part of the annual Nottingham Poetry Festival, which takes place between 20th – 29th April with Roger McGough, Jackie Kay and Hollie McNish among the headliners.
Building on the success of the two previous festivals and working closely with the Nottingham poetry community, Nottingham Poetry Festival 2018 is produced by Nottingham-born poet Henry Normal, Craig Chettle and Tommy Rosley (Farmyard Promotions/Hockley Hustle) and takes place in over 30 Nottingham bars, cafes, bookshops and other venues.
