Tickets: £8, concessions students OAPs and Groups of 4 and above £6.00
Join The Woolly Tellers for an evening of stories and anecdotes of the Lincolnshire fens.
The fens and marshes of Lincolnshire and Norfolk to this day are shrouded in mystery and folklore; a county of big skies. The land first drained by the Romans is rich and fertile, irrigated by the fens with their inky black water running to marsh. Often shrouded in mist, it is not a place for the unwary.
Stories that span over a hundred years, the Black Mill, the Grim Reaper, the story of Mucky Porter. Learn of ‘black shuck’, the fen Giants, black snags and marsh horrors.
All the profits from the night will go to support the Street Pastors of Nottingham based out of this unique old music hall, the finest preserved example in Nottingham.
The Street Pastors are voluntary and rely solely on public donation and play a vital role in helping keep the streets of Nottingham safe.
Tickets available via the website link at the top of this listing.
