Hear about George Green’s work as a miller & mathematician, the history behind the windmill and what lies ahead for Nottingham’s 19th Century landmark. In this Talk, Tom Huggon, Chairman of the Green’s Windmill Trust (charity No.1163116), discusses how Green became an almost entirely self-taught genius whose work is still a major influence on the mathematical physics used today.
