Award winning Clifton musician Jake Bugg plays home town of Nottingham as Royal Concert Hall date announced.
Having stunned onlookers at the 100 Club earlier this month with his first intimate solo show of the year (and with a sold out tour in November still to come), followed by his acclaimed new album ‘Hearts That Strain’going Top Ten on release, Jake Bugg announces a further 16 UK and Ireland dates for the spring of 2018.
‘Hearts That Strain’ saw Jake work with Grammy Award winning producer David Ferguson and Matt Sweeney, in Nashville and recording with some of the best players in the history of popular music. The reviews for the record have been nothing short of revelatory with the Times saying in their 4* review that Jake ‘sounds better than ever’, The Guardian that he is ‘Glenn Campbell re-incarnated’ and The Daily Mail, The I and The Sun giving it glowing write ups in their 4* reviews.
