About

School of Artisan Food
1 November 2019 | 9.30 - 4.30pm
£85 per child

This one day course is perfect for budding young bakers, aged 10-14. They will enjoy a day of hands-on Halloween themed baking with Cordon Bleu trained chef, Justine Kanter.

This is a great way for youngsters to develop their love for food, gain new practical skills and build their confidence in the kitchen.

Junior bakers will create a selection of products such as:
• Ghost meringues
• Spooky pizzas

All ingredients and equipment will be provided; refreshments will be available throughout the day with lunch included. All of the products made will be available to take home. The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging; you are welcome to bring your own containers to transport the food home.

The School of Artisan Food is nestled in the heart of Sherwood Forest on The Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire, just a few minutes from the A1 and M1.
