Need to find some peace now that the excitement of Christmas has come and gone? Come and join the evening meditation session at the Kitty Cafe and experience total relaxation!
Everybody is welcome. Young people, adults, experienced or inexperienced meditators. Purchase your ticket on the door or guarantee your place by purchasing your tickets via https://www.mind-alive.co.uk/kitty-calm
Tickets are priced from £10 (unwaged) to £13 (waged)
The session price is inclusive of the £6.00 welfare charge usually paid on the door when coming to the cafe and you may also arrive at 5.30pm to purchase food and drink before the session starts if you wish to do so.
All guided relaxation and meditation exercises will be short, enjoyable and engaging thus suitable for everybody including people challenged by anxiety, attention and focus issues.There will be something for everybody here as the key is to promote relaxation, a happier vibration and an openness which will ensure the kitties come flocking to your peaceful vibration!
