Ajay Henry is a Soul/R&B singer/songwriter based in the East Midlands.
Ajay began singing from a very early age but his passion for music increased majorly when he achieved his Grade 8 in vocals at the end of 2013.
In 2014 he began writing his own music and performing at open mics around Nottingham and Derby.
After playing Nottingham’s Hockley Hustle for the first time last year Ajay has been gigging at different venues around the East Midlands. He has been featured on Nusic’s top 3 gigs and receives support from Farmyard Records and I’m Not From London.
Ajay is currently writing, gigging and working on releasing an EP in the near future. His influences include Sam Smith, Miguel, Nick Jonas, Justin Timberlake, OneRepublic and Sia.
