To celebrate a partnership with the Nottingham Art Map, every gallery in Nottingham has teamed up to provide a weekend of Visual Art events, workshops, exhibitions and family activities on the 14 and 15 May. Join us for in the Long Gallery for free, artist-led activities and workshops inspired by Here Be Dragons use of Dutch still life paintings.

Working in response to the Dutch still life painting, participants are invited to join Nottingham-based artist Jane Stockley to observe, draw and combine textures and create individual or group translucent and opaque mixed- material hangings.
Drop-in workshops are free, but Nottingham Castle entry fees still apply. Suitable for all ages.
