Experience the beauty and timelessness of Olivier Messiaen’s Nine Meditations on the Birth of Christ. Rich harmonies and exciting rhythms combine in a unique perspective on the Christmas story, including vivid portrayals of the angels, the shepherds and the magi as well as an exciting outburst of joy at the birth of Christ. The pre-concert talk is perfect as a way in to this amazing sound-world. Entry is free, with refreshments available.
