Newark Air Museum
Saturday 4 April 2020 | 9am - 2pm
£4.50 per person
This charity fund raising event attracts interest from a wide range of sellers from across the UK and normally the space for traders sells out well in advance of the sale itself. All of the stalls are set-out amongst the aircraft in the main display hangar to sell assorted aviation goods.
The event is open to everyone and there is always a mix of aviation items, including: pre-owned books; aviation postcards; photographs; publications; clothing, aircraft parts & instrumentation; plastic models and assorted collectables.
The funds that the museum raises from organising the event are used to support the development of facilities at its Gateway Aviation Site, which is located in eastern Nottinghamshire close to the Lincolnshire border.
Buyers / visitors who attend this fund raising event will have the opportunity to search through a varied selection of aviation and avionic items: including books, paintings, prints, DVDs, plastic kits, die-cast models, clothing, radio equipment and aircraft parts. Regular updates / seller's information are being posted on the news page of the museum website.
The museum opening times will be 9 am to 5pm; with the sale itself taking place between 9am and 2pm; to get the best bargains it is suggested that you get there early.
To ensure the speedy access for buyers to the Aeroboot the museum has a cash only admission point located close to the display hangar that hosts the sale.
