Nottdance 2019, Produced by Dance4, is back with a new edition taking place between 9th-13th October.

Nottingham's festival of choreographic ideas foregrounding new works, discourse and research. Art activating public discussion. What is urgent now. Join Dance4 for five days full of questions, ideas, challenges and dancing!

The festival is the second to take place at the international Centre for Choreography (iC4C) as well as continuing to be presented in the inspiring and brilliant venues in our city - Nottingham Contemporary, Backlit Gallery, St Mary's Church and Nottingham Lakeside Arts.

The 2019 festival welcomes Matthias Sperling as co-curator alongside Paul Russ, Artistic Director of Dance4, and they are uber excited to invite you to witness what they have put together. Over the 5-days, Nottingham will host 28 artists and companies to offer 12 performances, 6 studio based practices, 4 discourse events and 2 parties.

The festival highlights current practices and thinking from local, national and international artists with first timers and premieres alike. Nottdance 2019 conjures up something for everyone. Come and watch, listen, talk, participate and contribute to what is on offer.

You can take advantage of the ticket deals available which allow you to enjoy an evening of performances on either the Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday for £25. If you're eligible for concession you can enjoy the same deal for £20. Concessions are also available across the festival for individual tickets.
