Family Activities & Face Painting | 11am - 3pm
Explore sound and colour and make your own artworks together as a family. Then turn yourself into a work of art with our face painting, inspired by the weird and wonderful costumes of the Bauhaus.

Cake cutting 3pm-3.15pm
Join us for a slice of cake, and hear from our director, Sam Thorne. Our cake is inspired by an iconic artwork we've exhibited, and tastes delicious.

Live Music | 5.30pm onwards
A line-up of local music acts including Clyde Scothern, Esther Van Leuven, Chai 6ix Band, Tesla's Kiss and headlined by Jimi and the Strangers, who will be performing their jig-inducing, toe-tapping melodic bluesy alternative rock.

In addition, there will be a number of talks throughout the day from our team. Gain unique and personal insights into our exhibitions and creative programme. If you have any birthday messages for Nottingham Contemporary, please tag them, or use the hashtag #alwayscontemporary.

If you'd like to help Nottingham Contemporary fund their next ten years, text TENYEARS to 70085 to donate £5. This costs £5 plus your standard message rate.
