Nottingham Council House FREE Tours

About

18 & 25 October
1, 15, 22 & 29 November
6, 13 & 20 December

10.30am and 11.15am

Nottingham’s Council House on Old Market Square is one of the most iconic buildings in the City. It has been at the ‘heart of the City’ for over 80 years and the splendour of its wonderful art-deco interior has many an interesting tale to tell. It is not a museum, but a living, working building also being the home of the Nottingham Register Office and HM Coroners Service. Free tours (10.30am and 11.15am) are available of the building on selected Sundays throughout the year as mentioned above.

There is no need to book a Sunday tour, however if you wish to book a specific day and time, please see further details on the City Council website at: http://www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/article/23278/Council-House-Tours

Please note however that as the Council House is a busy working building, it may not always be possible to have access to all of the floors/rooms on the date that you request.
