Nottingham Shakespeare Company announce a 90-minute open-air production of Much Ado About Nothing, This free theatrical experience will captivate audiences of all ages with laughter, romance, and mischief. 

 

Much Ado About Nothing is a tale of mistaken identities, romantic misunderstandings, and uproarious antics. Beatrice and Benedick tear into each other with witty banter, whilst Hero and Claudio face obstacles on their path to marriage. Surrounded by gossip and trickery, the pairs of lovers navigate the complexities of love, loyalty, and deception. 

 

Nottingham Shakespeare Company’s performances appeal to both Shakespeare enthusiasts and newcomers. Director Michelle-Louise Wright states, “Our ensemble is stuffed full of stellar talent. You can’t get better than Much Ado About Nothing in the summer sunshine!” 

 

Through performances, workshops, and outreach programmes, Nottingham Shakespeare Company foster a love for Shakespeare and the performing arts in the community.
