About

Sarurday 10 & Sunday 11 March 2018

Join Robin Hood, his Merry Men and a whole host of colourful characters in this immersive experience and be transported back in time to 12th Century Nottingham.

See the timetable for the activities on the Castle Green and the Bandstand

The Castle grounds are transformed into a medieval village encampment, located just outside the Sheriff of Nottingham’s stronghold of Nottingham Castle, complete with period cooking, traditional crafts, jesters, street theatre, music and puppet shows.

Stroll around the market stalls and sample medieval delicacies such as roasted meats and ales. Try your hand at archery, watch combat demonstrations and enjoy a spectacular show of jousting knights and horseback sword fighting as Robin faces off against the evil Sheriff of Nottingham - in his bid to steal from the rich to give to the poor.

Tickets:

Adults £12 / Concessions and children £9/ Family ticket (2 adults and up to 3 children) £30. Children under 2 years, FREE.
Includes admission to Nottingham Castle, usually £8/£6.
Suitable for all ages.

(Please note. Tickets gain entry to one show only on the Castle Green but entrants can roam the grounds and Castle all day)
