About

Hanwell Wine Estate
23 February 2020 | 10am - 4pm
£75

Join Hanwell Wine Estate for this inspirational day and make your own Roman Mosaic picture.

Spend a relaxing creative day making your own Roman mosaic. Guided by the exceptionally talented, artist and tutor Sarah Camplin, she will take you through the process step by step, teaching you the ‘rules’ that the Romans employed in their ancient designs.

You will have 6 designs templates to choose from, all based on Roman mosaics from across the world. By the end of your session you will have completed your board and know how to apply the grout at home once your mosaic pieces have dried. The final size of your mosaic will be A4 size.

This workshop is perfect for all levels of ability, no experience needed. All materials, tools and refreshments are included in the workshop price so you don’t need to bring anything, just yourself.
