Wednesday 6th July, from 7.30pm
Louis Boutinot from Waterkloof Winery will be joining us all the way from Stellenbosch in South Africa to lead us through an evening wine tasting of their wonderful wines.
Waterkloof wines are produced using biodynamic farming methods which they feel produces truly fine wines with a real sense of place.
Louis says: “Our aim is to produce “honest” wines that truly express our unique site on the Schapenberg.
“At Waterkloof we are fortunate enough to be looking after a vineyard, capable of producing naturally balanced grapes, imbued with their own character and sense of place.
“To respectfully transmit this character and balance into the bottle, we believe it makes sense to turn those grapes into wine with minimal intervention and maximum care.”
Places will be limited, so don’t miss out on this wonderful evening of South Africa wine tasting with a passionate, young winemaker.
Tickets are £20 each. Please call 01636 700900 to book yours now.
