Springy Reelers - SCOTTISH DANCING FOR ALL!

Want some exercise that is actually enjoyable?! Why not join this monthly informal dance session which provides fitness and fun. You don't need to be any good at dancing, be Scottish or have danced before. Plus there is an optional pub lunch afterwards!

- You are welcome to bring children along if supervised.
- Dress: loose, light comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
