SUMMER SCHOOL: Draw From Nature - Art in the Park Outdoor Exhibition

About

Monday 16 August - Friday 20 August, 10am-4pm

Highfields Park Boathouse

£135 per child

Inspired by the marvellous work of artist Mat Collishaw at Lakeside's current Djanogly Gallery exhibition, this weeklong journey of art and expression invites children to illustrate themselves through means of drawing, painting, printing, sculpture and mixed media, as well as exploring the presence of nature in the environment around them.

Each unique and captivating day will introduce children to new methods of production by creating an outdoor gallery, giant portraits and printing patterns through a wide variety of materials and techniques. With such a diverse range of activities on offer, each child is sure to showcase their talent by producing pieces as unique and vibrant as they are.

Join to create a fabulous five day exhibition of creativity.

Suitable for ages 8-12
By booking you confirm that your child is within the specified age range

Please note: weekday daytime (9.15am-4pm) parking at Lakeside during University term time is limited. If travelling by car, please allow extra time for your journey.
