Highfields Park Boathouse, Lakeside Arts
£135
Lights, camera, action! For all budding young performers, this intensive course is the perfect way to explore the many aspects of theatre in an inclusive environment.
Offering the exciting opportunity to not only perform in an ensemble play, but also to design and create the sets, costumes and props, this performance-based course connects young creators with a fantastic team of experienced professional directors and theatre-makers. The diversity of the course means all children will have the opportunity to dazzle, whether they prefer to express their creativity on stage or by creating something wonderful working behind-the-scenes using our craft resources.
Using immersive and exciting stories as inspiration, children are encouraged to channel themselves and their lives into the production of an original theatre piece for an outdoor performance without the need to audition or have any previous theatre experience. This is the perfect opportunity to let them shine.
Suitable for ages 10-15 years. By booking you confirm that your child is within the specified age range.
