The Big Bake has some amazing bakers and demonstrators this year, further announcements to follow:
Sophie Faldo - The Great British Bake Off Winner
It was on leaving the Army and finally having a kitchen of her own that Sophie discovered her love of baking and passion for patisserie. She volunteered to make a friend's birthday cake and never looked back! It was Sophie's boyfriend, David who entered her into Channel 4’s The Great British Bake Off competition which saw her crowned winner.
She wowed the judges and viewers alike with her show stopping bakes and her ability to hold her nerve in that famous Bake Off tent! Stand-out creations include her champagne cake, described by The Radio Times as ‘a work of genius’, and her trifle terrine which won her the Star Baker award in Week 5.
Molly Robbins - Channel 4 Extreme Cake Makers
Molly Robbins is an award winning TV and online cake artist. Star of Channel 4's Extreme Cake Makers, Series 1 & 2. The first series of the Ch4 show reached an audience of almost 2 million and has now been sold to over 60 countries.
Molly and her creations been featured on CBBC's Blue Peter and How to Be Epic, her online content of incredible life size and life like cakes regularly go viral. She has amassed combined online video views of 10 Million. Internationally recognised accolades include three Gold awards at Cake International, the worlds most prestigious cake decorating show.
Paul Young - Sunday 26th August
Paul Young is a groundbreaking and inspirational chocolatier who is at the forefront of the British chocolate scene. Paul’s passion for his craft and his cutting edge creativity have won him numerous awards and led to him being ranked amongst the world’s best chocolatiers.

BIG MELT pop up street food company will be visiting and serving up their gourmet cheese toasties at the event - made with authentic artisan sourdough and their exclusive blend of Raclette, Red Leicester and Vintage Mature Cheddar. The cheese toastie pop up will be providing delicious street food all day long! More info here
