The Drifters

About

Following the success of their 2018 tour, legendary group The Drifters have announced a brand-new UK show for next year – performing all their classic hits from the last six decades.

They will be visiting Motorpoint Arena Nottingham on Saturday 9 May 2020 7:30pm, with tickets on sale now.

The R&B and soul vocal group have previously been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, been listed among the greatest artists of all time by Rolling Stone magazine and are the longest running singing group in pop history still performing live.

They've enjoyed over 50 hits worldwide, including; Saturday Night at the Movies, Come on Over to My Place, Stand By Me, Under the Boardwalk and many more.

After the phenomenal success of their 65th Anniversary tour last year, The Drifters are back on the road with a string of additional dates for 2020, with a line up hand-picked by Tina Treadwell herself - President of the Treadwell Entertainment Group and owner of The Drifters name.

Tina, who previously worked for Disney as an executive producer and casting director, believes this current line-up is one of the best to date and looks forward to the upcoming concert tour.

She says: "I am very excited that following our 65th anniversary year we have a new show for the fans who we invite to join us in celebrating this incredible and everlasting story of The Drifters."

Tickets from £34.24
