In January 2015 St Anns Allotments, Nottingham unique Heritage Gardens, are coming to Floor 1 Exhibition Area, Nottingham Central Library.

Immerse yourself in the history of the gardens and learn more about their use today through a series of exhibitions and free events during January including:

9 January 2015, 3 – 5pm, Victorian Tea Party: Exhibition launch, have a cup of tea with the team          

15 January 2015, 2 – 4pm,  Nottingham’s Unique Heritage Gardens: An illustrated talk by Mo Cooper, Heritage Officer (booking essential via local_studies.library@nottinghamcity.gov.uk, tel 0115 915 2873)

22 January 2015, 2pm- 4pm, Beekeeping with Leo Jordon: Ever thought about keeping bees, or interested in how others manage their hives? Leo will provide an introduction to beekeeping, just turn up on the day

29 January 2015, 2– 5pm, Ask a gardener: Informal 1:1s with our long time gardener, Charlie Wesson - just come along and ask any questions about gardening or rearing chickens – Charlie will have the answer!

Throughout January, RANKIN comes to the gardens: An installation of photographs of our gardeners by international photographer Rankin
