About

THOR'S tipi bar
Friday 15 November – Tuesday 31 December
Trinity Square

10:00am until 11.00pm daily (closed Christmas Day)

Nottingham will have a new festive offering this year in the shape of THOR’S tipi bar – a Christmas pop-up bar with a difference. A canvas tipi forms the bar, festooned with lighting. Inside, the bar is decked out with wooden tables and benches, cosy furs and a real fire pit, around which customers can soak up the Viking ‘hygge’.

It will be a novel experience for Christmas shoppers, weary workers, visitors and families alike.

A unique drinks menu truly offers something for everyone including festive favourites such as mulled wine and hot chocolate. With a roaring fire, ambient lighting and friendly staff, it’s a great way to get you in the festive mood. Families, friends and even dogs are welcome in the tipi.

Step inside and experience Christmas in a cup!

With plenty of delicious hot food options in Trinity Square, including Nottinghamshire's pop up BIGmelt Sourdough toasties next to the tipi bar, you can be sure those November chills will be kept at bay!

You can grab a BIGmelt toastie on the following dates - Saturday 30 November, Sunday 1, Friday 20, Saturday 21 and Saturday 22 December.
