About your tutor Gaye:
'I am a textile artist working mainly in textile construction but I love making all sorts of things using sewing. I have learnt from many sources throughout my life starting with my mother. Now that I am retired from the NHS I can draw on my experiences. I produce my own patterns combining old and new techniques. I love to work with beautiful natural fabrics like Harris Tweed and Abraham Moon tweed, silk, mohair and Viscose fur, 100%cotton in particular Liberty.
I enjoy teaching and like to share some of my wealth of knowledge with my students so you can enjoy producing lovely works of art too.
I have an adult teaching certificate, I am a qualified NHS professional (retired) and a qualified Aromatherapist.'
To ensure the quality of your personal experience, group size will be limited to 8.
