Chef Craig Floate is back with a terrific vegan menu for a very special Sunday Mother's Day dinner.
The dinner includes 3 courses with a cocktail and snacks on arrival.
Arrival snacks | Crispy sriracha tempeh | Barley malt pastry puffs | Garlic aioli + salsa verde dip
To start | Roast cauliflower and truffle velout with turmeric potato croutons
To follow | Mushroom, chestnut and cranberry roast Wellington, crisp roast rosemary potatoes, maple and walnut roasted root vegetables and mushroom gravy.
To finish | Sticky toffee and cashew pudding, lime toffee sauce, gingerbread ice cream
