World Cup 2018 Live at Nottingham Castle

About

Tickets for this event are now sold out.

Nottingham Castle will screen England's historic World Cup semi-final against Croatia on Wednesday.

The iconic venue played host to the quarter-final win over Sweden on Saturday when around 3,000 people came together to cheer on Gareth Southgate's team.

Wednesday evening's event will be ticket-only. Tickets will be FREE, but a £1 fee will be applied per transaction, to help cover ticketing costs.

A maximum of 2 adult and 3 child (under-16) tickets can be secured per transaction. Adults will not be permitted entry using a child ticket, and proof of age may be required.

Gates open at 5pm and entertainment will again be provided by Gem in the build-up.

Tickets will be available from 1pm on Tuesday 10 July online-only, and they should be printed out prior to arrival.

Full catering will be available, meaning that hot food, soft drinks and alcohol will be on sale. Fans can bring a small bottle of water into the venue (the cap will be removed) and will be able to refill for free.

Please note the following entry conditions:

  • No outside food or drink permitted apart from a single bottle of water. Food and drink, including alcohol, will be on sale within the venue.
  • Please dress for the weather.
  • No flags on poles, umbrellas or chairs. Blankets are fine.
  • No club football colours or kit – we want people to show as much support as possible for the national team, just not individual football clubs.
  • Children under 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Do not bring glass bottles, fireworks or flares to the event.
  • Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted in the venue.
  • A full search will be in place upon entry to the site.
  • This is a smoke-free event.
