Head to the farm this festive season for a family day out packed with Christmas cheer!

The sell-out event 'Woodland Wonderland' is back and it’s full of festive surprises:

• Meet Santa in his magical woodland grotto.

• Visit Santa’s Toy Shop and choose a special gift to take home.

• Decorate a gingerbread biscuit with Mrs Claus.

• Write a letter to Santa and post it in our special North Pole post box.

• Make reindeer food to sprinkle on your lawn on Christmas Eve.

• Explore the magical Elves’ Village.

• Make a festive friend to take home in the Elves’ Workshop.

• Burn off some energy in Nottinghamshire’s LARGEST indoor playbarn.

• Discover our animals and enjoy special Christmas animal activities throughout your visit.

• See who you can find along The World of Dinosaur Roar! Discovery Trail.

• Explore three outdoor playgrounds.

• Take a ride on the Christmas carousel.

• Have a go on our skating rink designed especially for little ones – wheelchairs are welcome too.

• Toast a giant marshmallow. 

• Feed Santa’s reindeer a tasty treat.

• Warm up with a hot chocolate from our woodland shack. 

You'll find them in East Leake, LE12 6LU, just over ten minutes from the M1 motorway and easily accessible for family days out from Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.

The Christmas event will be running: 

• Sunday 29 November 2026. Farm open from 8.30am to 5pm. Woodlands open from 9am to 1.30pm.
• Weekends from 5 December 2026. Farm open from 8.30am to 5pm. Woodlands open from 9am to 1.30pm, then from 2.15pm to 5pm.
• Monday 21, Tuesday 22 & Wednesday 23 December 2026. Farm open from 8.30am to 5pm. Woodlands open from 9am to 1.30pm, then from 2.15pm to 5pm.
• Christmas Eve 24 December 2026. Farm open from 8.30am to 2pm.Woodlands open from 9am to 1.45pm.
