To shine a spotlight on the importance of mental health, Nottingham Forest Community Trust is hosting a special event, Mental Health Awareness - Walk for Wellbeing, from the World Famous City Ground. This walk is more than just a physical activity; it's a communal stride towards enhancing mental wellness and an opportunity.
Participants will enjoy a leisurely walk along the banks of the River Trent, culminating in a lap around the City Ground pitch.
Walk will also include opportunities for wellbeing chats and scope to understand support available via the Tricky to Talk programme and other community support services for mental health.
